Mount Vernon is another county seat this time in Skagit County. It's a city of over 31,000 people, so not as big as Bellingham, but with a decent number of entertainers. There are two major schools around NAS Whidbey: Anacortes and Coupeville. Each school has a different school in every grade and both serve children from 12 years old.
